11. Complete a half-iron{wo}man – July 2016, working on #2!

12. Complete a charity ride more than 20 miles

13. Backpack Europe

14. Complete SCUBA certification

15. Go Heli-skiing

16. Camp Moab

  1. Yay! Congrats on your first race and good luck at your Olympic on Nov 10th! Tri Season is over here in New England. The weather is starting to get colder. I’ll be out running all winter preparing for Boston Marathon, Providence Marathon, Patriot Half 70.3, the MS 150 Charity Ride, and Ironman Lake Placid…the grand finale. I may do one more 70.3 next Sept. Unfortunately we have an off season here. Oh well…a chance to train. I swim in a pool and cycle on my trainer during the winter. I too, train with a coach and a team. Tri’s are addicting, aren’t they?
